Business Studies

Business courses apply to just about every industry imaginable and employment prospects are superb. Our Lecturers are experts in their fields giving you real industry experience in areas such as Finance, Economics, Law, Human Resource Management.

Childcare and Education

From nursery nurses and care assistants to social workers and physiotherapists, the health and care field provides many exciting and rewarding career opportunities.

Computing and ICT

Whether you want to be an IT Networking Specialist or someone who wants to develop the next killer website or computer game, studying at Leek College will provide you with the skills to succeed.

Engineering and Construction

Engineering at professional or technician level is an area where there are good employment prospects. This is the case whether you decide to progress into higher education, Apprenticeships or go into employment.

Foundation Learning

These are Level 1 and Entry level courses that give you the chance to try a number of different vocational areas and learn new skills. The courses are suitable for young people and adults with learning difficulties and disabilities.

Hairdressing Beauty Therapy

Our Bodyworks salon is open to the public and gives first hand practical experience of life working in the thriving hair and beauty industry. We can equip you with the hairdressing or beauty skills and knowledge that you will need to succeed.

Health and Social Care

Studying health and social care at Leek College means you will acquire knowledge and skills that link to a wide area of health and social care.

Sport
